This policy explains what personal data techycluster.com ("Tech Y Cluster", "this site") collects, why, who else receives it, and what you can do about it. The site is published by Sandeep Bandyopadhyay. For any privacy question or request, email support@techycluster.com.
What is collected and why
Server logs. Like every website, the hosting server records your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are kept by the hosting provider (Hostinger) under its own retention rules.
Contact form and email. If you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that conversation.
Comments. If you leave a comment, your name, email address, IP address and comment text are stored. Your name and comment are shown publicly; your email address is not. If you tick a "notify me" box, your email address is used to send those notifications, and every notification has an unsubscribe link.
Visit statistics. The site uses Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and Jetpack Stats (by Automattic) to count visits and see which pages are read. These tools use cookies or similar technology and receive your IP address and information about your browser and the pages you view.
Images, fonts and sharing buttons. Images are delivered through Optimole's content delivery network, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the share buttons are provided by AddToAny. Loading these services means your browser sends your IP address to them.
Sign in with Google. Where a Google sign-in option is shown, using it shares your basic Google profile (name, email address) with this site. Nothing is shared unless you choose to sign in.
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

Ads may also be shown without personalisation, in which case cookies may still be used for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measuring ad performance.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you reading this site, although some features, such as remembering your details in the comment form, may not work.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use, and to receive a copy. To make a request, email support@techycluster.com. I will answer within 30 days. I do not sell personal data.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data here, contact me and it will be deleted.

Articles link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
